In-Omnia Assay

Omnia Platform

In-Omnia assay is a multi-parametric screening methodology in which activity against the pathogen target is measured inside a human cell.

Omnia's advantage is our ability to collect rich multi-parametric information about biological activity, selectivity, toxicity, permeability and stability in just one step, coupled with a deep understanding of the target associated structures and chemistry design.

Selected hits are clean molecular entities much closer to the candidate status. These hits are further characterized through biological assays, which together with the structure-activity information from Omnia's platform allow for rapid, iterative improvements in chemical design.
